Gateway Properties of Upstate New York, Inc. specialilzes in Timber Management and Forestry Services for the private woodland owner throughout New York State. One of the free services that we provide for our new customers is to refresh their boundary lines prior to or at closing.
Here at Gateway Propeties, we believe that good boundary lines are an essential part of good property maintenance, and should be kept clear and visible at all times. For a flat fee by the day or half day, we now accurately and efficiently highlight property lines with ribbons and/or paint for our already established customers and new customers too!
You don't have to purchase your property from us to utilize our services. We can also post your property if trespassing or liability is a concern of yours.
